When the Supremely powerful Sun is blocked (either partially or fully) from direct view from Earth, it creates an instability in the subtle mind. Deep rooted Samskaras are kindled. While avoiding destruction of our Spiritual evolution and also using the same phenomenon to Spiritually grow, it becomes very very important to take up Mantra Jaba or Mantra Yoga.
For certain Mantras, Sadhaks should be initiated by Gurus personally. But for Spiritually inclined and yet who have not taken a Diksha, they can use universal Mantras like “AUM” with Rishi Nyasa.
